What a great place! I stopped by today to see about renting a storage unit. Unlike a few other places I stopped at there were actually people there to answer my questions and to let me see how the units looked. This place is CLEAN! Keith and the other gentleman were so helpful. What a great experience. The unit was great and the price was great too. I booked it and paid for a full year. Thanks guys for an awesome experience!

Keith was an absolute life saver in every way. He treated us like family throughout the whole process. Any and evey issue that arose he made sure to do absolutely everything to make it right, fair, and the best in customer service. Thank you Keith.

We have had a climate controlled unit here for nearly a year. The service has been great. The temp inside the climate controlled unit is definitely noticeable when compared to the outdoor summer temperatures. Keith at the front desk has always been super helpful . The staff was extremely helpful and polite the facilities are so clean and well designed absolutely the best storage facility I have ever used.

Loved using Razorbox. The automated system was a life saver when we needed to quickly grab stuff out of our unit. Stephanie was INCREDIBLE, she was such a huge help in getting us any items we needed on a pinch (dolly, boxes, etc.). I ended up renting two U-Hauls from here because of how helpful she was. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, THANK YOU!

I would just like to say that Cheryl and the ladies from the Fort Smith company are the best it is a clean beautiful nice place I feel very secure with my stuff being there and the ladies just make it that much better with their personality and their kindness.

Eventually Had 3 buildings here after starting with one 20x10 temperature controlled unit. You won’t find nicer storage buildings anywhere and Cheryl and Stephanie are amazing! They always have gone above and beyond to make us happy as customers. Razorbox is definitely a strong recommend!

Best storage company

We have been using their storage facility since October of last year and the property is clean and secure. We have a climate controlled storage room with an indoor access door on the first floor. The front office staff are kind and helpful and we would recommend them for your storage needs.

Security is well above my expectations the property is not just fenced as you would expect but they also,cc cameras though out, door alarms and special locks.
